Five postpartum affirmations

Postpartum affirmations – this may be the last group in the list (see my posts on fertility, pregnancy and birth affirmations), but they are the ones that really introduced me to how much of a difference affirmations can make.

Here are the 5 affirmations that I felt were the most powerful. If they don't resonate with you, not to worry. I'll share how to create your own affirmations in another post.

  1. I am enough.
  2. I get to decide my worth as a parent.
  3. I am thankful for my body; it created my child.
  4. I am embracing the sweet moments of this challenge.
  5. I deserve the praise that I receive as a parent.
